HR consultancy. We do the HR work for you, but we don’t become the employer of record. Your employees stay employed by you. We complement (and can help you exit) PEO arrangements where useful.
How quickly can you take over our HR work?
Standard onboarding is two weeks: week one is records transition + compliance audit, week two is policy adoption and full handover. Urgent transitions can be compressed.
What size of employer do you typically serve?
Small to mid-sized employers, typically 5 to 150 employees. We also support pre-hire businesses building HR infrastructure from scratch.
Do you handle multi-state employers?
Yes. We routinely work with employers operating across the KC metro (KS + MO) and across additional states. We coordinate state-by-state employment-law compliance.
Can you help with hiring as well?
Yes, job-description drafting, sourcing, candidate screening, offer letters and onboarding playbooks. We are not a placement agency, but we partner with one when retained search is needed.

Flat monthly retainer tied to headcount and scope. No hourly billing, no annual contracts, no surprises. Project work (handbook overhauls, training packages) is quoted separately and one-time.
